• Consistent top performer from the inbound team at Tesla for multiple quarters, assisted over 15,000 calls and excelled at KPIs on a weekly basis.
• Most productive agent for several quarters in 2023 and 2022. Assisting the most customers in the first half of 2022.
• Trusted with special task forces to complete mission-critical campaigns for EOQ.

• I pioneered the restart of Chat at Tesla, boosting sales to 40% conversion and high productivity - done solo for a quarter then grew my own team thanks to the insights from the data I gathered. My obsessive data-driven approach, multitasking abilities, and collaboration led to being the most productive advisor in Q2 2023 and top advisor for influenced orders in Q1 & Q2 2023.
• I also led the Tesla Self-Serve Demo Drive project in Canada, launching the first site, creating processes, systems, and training for advisors to follow. I collaborated with US leaders, managed fleet and customer relationships, while providing on-site support and closing. (2024)

Trusted partner & educator:

• As a trainer for new hires and Quality Assurance Coordinator at Tesla, I provided active feedback for customer interactions including escalations and audting CRM logs - increasing CSAT scores and sales. I led team huddles, shadowing sessions, shared best practices which boosted chat sale conversions, increased positive team dynamics and created an internal resource for standardization of Tesla talking points for all inbound and sales agents in Canada and NW USA (2023-2024).
• With my marketing consulting business, I helped double foot traffic to bricks & mortar businesses and increase online clients for e-commerce and coaching businesses. I curated group challenges with 600 members. I coached a fitness bootcamp owner in Cyprus to make $25,976 within 40 days via social media, starting from scratch, zero followers, and zero ad spend.
